Nel tempo… energia é qualità di vita?

Il tema del risparmio energetico e dell’efficienza sono oggi passi prioritari, si possono definire “azioni” concrete per la diminuzione delle emissioni di gas e di conseguenza all’avvicinamento agli obiettivi che,  di lustro in lustro,  vengono sempre disattesi e quindi…”rimandati”.

Ora, per definire un sano rapporto di sostenibilità dell’abitare, ci sono le “promozioni politiche” in favore sia di interventi rivolti alla riqualifica del patrimonio edilizio esistente, sia a favore di quelli da costruire o in costruzione  che possano essere già più efficienti.

L’obiettivo potrebbe avvicinarsi, se a tale azione si aggiungessero ancora altre che favoriscano la riduzione dei consumi degli autoveicoli, il diffondersi della cogenerazione e dei sistemi intelligenti di energia distribuita nella città, nelle aree artigianali e industriali, il recuperare calore dai processi produttivi per aumentarne la capacità funzionale.

In modo parallelo, inoltre, deve necessariamente svilupparsi il settore delle energie rinnovabili, utilizzando, in misure diverse il sole, l’acqua, il vento, la geotermia,e le biomasse.

Grazie al complesso di queste e  altre azioni coordinate,  sarà possibile evidenziare sia il contributo al taglio delle emissioni di gas serra,  che il raggiungimento degli obiettivi Europei di Agenda 2030.

Ed è proprio per questo 2020 che l’unione Europea ha previsto il raggiungimento del cosiddetto “20-20-20” ovvero, in percentuale,  la riduzione del 20% dei consumi energetici; l’incremento del 20% dell’apporto delle rinnovabili sui consumi; la riduzione del 20% delle emissioni di gas serra.

Ma per raggiungere questi “ambiziosi” obiettivi,  la principale azione  dovrebbe essere attuare uno sviluppo del sistema della ricerca e della formazione in campo energetico; una funzionante green economy e qualificazione energetica del sistema produttivo; lo sviluppo energetico del settore agricolo; la promozione della mobilità sostenibile; la programmazione, informazione e comunicazione a livello locale; la regolamentazione e revisione dei regolamenti/discipline del settore.

Promuovere una tale politica energetica determina  la reale opportunità di rilanciare, innovandole, le proprie filiere agricole e industriali e, allo stesso tempo, mettere in campo le potenzialità per lo sviluppo di  nuove filiere nel campo delle tecnologie per il risparmio energetico e di produzione da fonti rinnovabili.

Il cambiamento passa innanzitutto dalla testa e dai comportamenti di ognuno di noi, in qualità di cittadini e consumatori, come imprenditori e lavoratori e per questo bisogna promuovere, comunicare, condividere gli obiettivi e le azioni di processo per il loro raggiungimento.

Significa, in pratica, adottare  la nuova cultura dell’uso razionale dell’energia e dell’ utilizzo  concreto e massimo delle fonti rinnovabili. Cioè  è possibile attraverso l’attuazione del  “risparmio” di vita e per la vita.  Noi  siamo i consumatori protagonisti, a costruire una qualità che condizioni la qualità del tempo e degli anni a venire.     

Partiamo dalla semplice lettura della bolletta di fornitura dell’energia di ciascuna abitazione. Oltre l’aspetto economico (il costo),  di maggiore interesse per il consumatore, è interessante procedere nella disamina del  quadro informativo relativo alla “produzione di energia elettrica”.

E’ evidente, nell’immediato, che l’informazione relativa al “mix energetico” sia per l’approvvigionamento che per la produzione del mercato energetico, risulti in ritardo di tre anni perché vengono riportati i dati delle  annualità  2017 e 2018, sul fatturato di un bimestre 2020.

Ciò comporta un limite alla conoscenza dei dati attuali dell’utilizzo e della produzione di energia “pulita” da fonti rinnovabili, ed impedisce ai cittadini consumatori la partecipazione, la crescita e lo sviluppo di curiosità ed attenzioni riguardo ai  processi affini all’argomento.

E quindi è un controsenso pensare di impegnare risorse per pubblicizzare, supportare, organizzare iniziative sostenibili, quando le percentuali di energia provenienti da fonti nucleari o da carbone addirittura,  estremamente inquinanti, sono molto più consistenti rispetto alle fonti rinnovabili.

Allora dov’è la coerenza? Chi ha davvero interesse ad esercitarla nella propria azione politica? Eppure l’economia mondiale è nelle mani di pochi….Dobbiamo sperare che avvenga finalmente  il miracolo  e che questi pochi si convincano che il pianeta sta “urlando” a voce troppo alta per fare ancora finta di non ascoltare,  la sua sofferenza e la sua fine?

Consapevolezza, coraggio e trasformazione…Gli ingredienti per poter affermare che energia è vita, e che energia “pulita” è qualità di vita.
